Where We Ship
We currently ship throughout the United States, including P.O. Boxes. International delivery will open soon as we grow our circle of ritual-seekers.

Complimentary Shipping
Every order ships free. No minimums, no codes, no fine print.

Processing Time
Each order is prepared with care and ships within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after noon (ET) are processed the next business day.

Transit Time & Carriers
Average delivery: 2–5 business days via USPS or UPS. Once your parcel leaves our studio, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow its path home.

Address Changes
If you need to adjust your shipping address, email support@purelyherbaltea.com right away. We’ll do our best to reroute your ritual before it departs.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or tracking hasn’t updated for 7+ days, reach out with your order number and, if possible, photos. We’ll replace or refund it promptly—your peace of mind matters to us.

Returns & Refunds

Our Promise
Your ritual should bring comfort and delight. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Eligibility
– Unopened pouches in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
– For the wellbeing of all our customers, we’re unable to accept opened tea, since each blend must remain untouched to ensure purity and freshness.

Starting a Return
Email support@purelyherbaltea.com with your order number and reason. We’ll reply with simple instructions and a Return Authorization (RMA).

Return Shipping
If the issue is ours—wrong item, defect, or damage—we cover return shipping or offer a replacement. Otherwise, customers are responsible for return postage.

Refunds
Once the return is received and approved, a refund is issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
